Returns, Exchanges, and Product Condition Policy

At FireCraft, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality oven accessories designed for performance, durability, and proper fit. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, and we also want our return policy to be clear and fair.

Return Eligibility

FireCraft accepts returns only for products that are:

1. Unused
2. In original condition
3. In original packaging
4. Returned within the applicable return window
5. Approved by FireCraft before being shipped back

Products that have been installed, placed inside an oven, exposed to heat, smoke, flame, food, grease, ash, or any cooking environment are considered used and are not eligible for return as new items.

Used Products

FireCraft oven doors and flame shields are used inside high-temperature ovens. Once a product has been used, even one time, it can no longer be considered new, restocked, or resold to another customer as a new product.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns of used products unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the product
3. Photos of the packaging
4. A brief description of the issue

If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

We cannot accept returns of used products due to change of mind, change of oven, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong accessory, or no longer needing the product after use.

If the product is unused and still in original condition, please contact us before returning it. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FireCraft is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

If the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in resellable condition, the refund may be denied.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by FireCraft.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Chargebacks and False Claims

If a customer files a payment dispute or chargeback, FireCraft will submit the order information, delivery confirmation, product records, return communication, and any other relevant documentation to the payment processor or bank for review.

We handle all customer issues transparently and in good faith. However, claims that contradict written communication, delivery records, product condition, or return policy may be disputed through the proper payment review process.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our products and our customers. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

At the same time, we cannot resell used oven accessories as new, and we must apply our return policy fairly to all customers.
