The NY flame shield works flawlessly.

Used already. High quality and made a difference getting up to temperature and retaining heat.

Love it. Reduced my overall heat up time. Halved my use of gas for doing 4 pizzas - 1kg before I got the door, 0.5 kg when I used the door. And well built, cool looking.

I was very impressed by the quality of the product. I have used it a number of times this week & it works perfectly. I have not tried the flame diverters as yet. But I have told 2 of my friends about the product.
PS it really did clean up my stone.

This works brilliantly - exactly what I wanted. I had several pizza collapses inside by Arc XL, and while I managed to get the back of the oven clean using fire, the front half was a horrible sticky black mess. I bought this, put the firecraft door on, turned the heat up, and voila, a bright white stone is back! So good for heating up the oven more quickly too. Very well made, and easy to use.

The dome pan flame shield is awesome. I needed something more for wind and it blocks it flawlessly. I am also used to killing the flame while cooking pizzas to get a longer NY bake and with this I don't have to turn off the flame and keeps temps more steady. Amazing product

This is a quality product. It is heavy, easy to use and does a great job retaining/building up heat in my Gozney Arc XL.

I recently baked 41 pizzas in 2 hours between two Gozney Arc XLs and this thing was a life saver helping me retain/build up heat between launches. The owner is responsive and does a great job addressing any questions I have.

We love the Dome Napoli Flame Shield for the Gozney Dome. It really helps protect the edges so they don’t burn too fast, and the pizzas come out way more even. Ever since we started using it, it’s been a lot easier to control the flame, especially when we’re busy in food truck.
