Works beautifully. This door was my second order from FireCraft. I bought the NY flame guard first. Then, I wanted a door for faster stone heating as I have had a couple of cooks where the stone was still too cold when we were ready to eat. I also let a lot of new pizza launchers launch pizzas and turn pizzas. As a result, many times I get some pizza sludge on the stone. I was curious if the promoted stone cleaning ability of a door was true. Well, pleased to say that indeed, just put the door on at the end of the cook and like magic, the stone was as clean as new.

Allowed our Natural Gas Gozney Dome to heat up twice as fast as without using the door. Very well made and we like the removal Teak handle.

Very good build quality. Customer Service quickly responded and resolved after my order received was mixed up and I received the wrong item.

Overal these are great. The only issue is that it actually sometimes drops towards the inside part, this does not happen to the oem part. In the attached photo you can see that the inside part on the right of the picture for the oem part is slightly larger than the other one, maybe that's the reason. I am also using a biscotto stone which is a little bit taller btw.

We do detriot pizza in the gozney dome and the pan shield is a game changer...can't imagine doing it without! The craftsmanship is top notch

Bought a similar device from another company. It was nice but took up too much space. This is perfect i can fit mmy 14" pizza by it no problem. Great flame control and looks good too.

Helps speed up heating up but take out before it gets too close the the max as the over stays super hot
